  2. Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return or exchange.
  3. Change of Mind: If you wish to return or exchange a product for reasons other than damage or defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. In such cases, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
  4. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
  6. To process a return, please allow us 7 working days.

Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or wrong items received, Siddharth Jewels will cover the return shipping costs. However, for returns due to a change of mind or other non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process the refund or exchange as per your preference. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For exchanges, if the chosen item is of higher value, the customer will need to pay the difference. If the chosen item is of lower value, Siddharth Jewels will refund the difference using the original payment method.
